Now accepting new clients!
As a contracted bookkeeper, I can offer you benefits you don't have with a traditional employee.
The biggest difference between hiring a contracted bookkeeper and a traditional employee is that you don't have to pay any portion of my income taxes. In addition, I don't require any of the standard benefits you might provide a full-time employee such as insurance, paid time off, or retirement contributions. I have also noticed a significant increase in efficiency when providing out-of-office services, leading to fewer hours billed to you. Lastly, since your business is hiring my business, you don't have to supply me with any software or equipment - I provide everything I need.
All of this can add up to large cost savings to your bottom line.
All potential clients receive a FREE 30 minute inquiry call to see if we'll be a good fit.
As I complete our agreed upon duties during the first 2-3 months, I will put together a proposal for a flat monthly rate to be billed for continuing service. This allows me to see the scope of monthly work required and to be able to provide you with a set cost each month for your exact needs.
With all packages, you can expect a minimum of weekly communication about cashflow and financial position. But I am always available to answer questions. Beyond basic bookkeeping functions, my job is to help you find trends, consistencies, and inconsistencies within your business finances that you can use to increase your profitability.
